The Olive Branch have been awarded the Good Hotel Guide Cesar Award for the Best Hotel in the Midlands.

With the help of friends, family and villagers owners Sean Hope, Ben Jones and Marcus Welford renovated this traditional village pub adding luxury bedrooms to create this wonderful village Inn.

In the pub the atmosphere is friendly and informal with chestnuts roasting on the open fire in the winter and real lemonade in the garden in the summer. With a kitchen team creating wonderful pub classics alongside more 'restaurant style' dishes using seasonal and local ingredients. Whilst at the bar a selection of local ales, speciality 'country cocktails' and excellent value wines.

The Clipsham-based hotel has previously won the Good Hotel Guide Editor's Choice Award 2018/19 and AA 4 Gold Stars.

The venue also offers luxury accommodation at Beech House, with six luxurious rooms all individually decorated and with all the mod-cons.

This is where the venue has been recognised by the Good Hotel Guide.

Ben Jones and head chef, Ben Fisher, have been awarded the César Award by the The Good Hotel Guide team for the Best Hotel in the Midlands.

Congratulations to the team.
