Oakham: All Saints' Church to host 'Music at Lunchtime' with Oakham School pupils

Oakham School are once again displaying their community spirit as they host a series of performances for Oakham residents to attend for free.

These student-led performances will be held in collaboration with All Saints' Church in the heart of Oakham.

The 'Music at Lunchtime' series will see upwards of 12 pupils each providing a solo or group set at the church as a part of Oakham School's broad extra-curricular scheme.

Each lunchtime session will be filled by one or a group of students who will provide a varied selection of performances for the local community to attend for free.

Students will play the piano, violin, recorder, drums, percussion and sing.

Performances will run throughout the spring term, concluding on the 30th of March with a vocal performance from Lucy Collison, Chole Howard and Christine van der Wal.

Oakham School have said, "We are delighted to welcome our local community to safely enjoy a free Lunchtime Recital each Wednesday, during term time, at 1.30 pm - All Saints' Church, Oakham."

Attendance is free. The school simply ask that masks are worn for the duration of the performances.
