Oakham: Application to build 213 new homes off Burley Road, Oakham

A planning application has been submitted to build up to 213 new dwellings on land off of Burley Road, Oakham.

The application has been submitted with Estate Agent and Property Consultant, Carter Jonas.

Included in the application are plans for amenity space, allotments, parking and areas for outdoor play, landscaping and all associated infrastructure.

Furthermore, 64 affordable houses are included in the plan, under a shared ownership scheme.
