Oakham Baptist Church are hosting a session on Fridays where Rutland residents can go to keep warm and enjoy some good food and conversation.

This comes as the winter draws in and the cost of living crisis prevents people from putting on their heating.

This session at Oakham Baptist will take place every Friday from 2pm until 3pm, followed by Ukrainian Cafe from 3pm until 5pm.

Everybody is welcome to attend.

Rutland County Council will also be providing 'Warm Hubs', opening up four libraries for the public to access a warm space and free wifi this winter. Find out more here.
