The weather is set to be much more varied this week, bringing some of the highest temperatures of the year as well as a touch of rain - which will be a relief to many!
With hot weather still on the cards, dog walks have been warned not to take their dogs out when the temperatures get too high.
Similarly, Rutland Community First Responders have released a guide to spot and manage heatstroke before it becomes fatal.

The Met Office have released a weather warning for Monday and Tuesday. With the sun rising at approximately 5am and setting well after 9pm, these days of heat will be long, so be sure to stay hydrated and look after yourselves and your loved ones.
