Rutland CAMRA presents Autumn Pub of the Season award

Rutland CAMRA has named the Autumn Pub of the Season, presenting the winning establishment with a certificate.
Chairman of Rutland CAMRA, Kevin Thompson, visited the Blue Bell in Belmesthorpe and presented Matt, Hannah and the team with their Pub of the Season certificate.
The pub was packed with Blue Bell supporters and regulars, as well as representatives of Rutland CAMRA.
Posting about the win on social media, the Blue Bell team said: 'Thanks to all who voted and to all who continue to support the pub!
'As always, we can't do it without our wonderful staff too! [...] Congratulations to The Wheatsheaf, Oakham and The Plough, Greetham – both outstanding pubs.'
The Blue Bell is a traditional 17th century ale house, serving six real ales, as well as fine wines and spirits which can be enjoyed while toasting by one of their two wood burning stoves.
They also offer regular street food pop-ups, including pizza, smash burgers and Mexican food.
