Alicia Kearns, MP for Rutland and Stamford, has announced that entries to her fifth annual Christmas card competition is now open to all local primary schools.

The theme for this year's competition is 'Father Christmas and Friends,' with the winning entry being printed as Kearns's official Christmas card. There will also be prizes for first, second and third place.

This competition is open to all local primary schools and Kearns welcomes the imagination and creativity that pupils always bring to this competition.

"Every year the imagination of our primary school children never ceases to amaze me, so I can't wait to see what interpretations of this year's theme you can come up with," says Kearns.
