Quiz Night and Fishy Fridays at The Plough

The Plough in Greetham will be hosting its weekly quiz on Thursday 4 April from 7:30pm. The event costs £1 per person to enter, max 6 person per team.

You can pop in early for a bite to eat - or join the team on Friday instead for their Fishy Friday meal deal.

Quiz Night at The Fox & Hounds

The Fox and Hounds is hosting its monthly quiz night on Sunday 7 April from 6:30pm, with eyes down at 7pm.

Maximum 8 people per team and it costs £2pp to enter, with a £50 cash prize up for grabs.

The team will also be serving their £12 Thursday special on Thursday 4 April 2024.

This week's dish will be the ever-popular lasagne with salad and garlic bread. Pre booking is recommended for this and the quiz.

Easter on the Farm

Easter fun continues at Rutland Farm Park on Uppingham Road this weekend too - from lamb feeding to arts and crafts.

The farm will be open from 10am, with entrance starting at £8.

Don't forget, you can also pop in and meet the new additions to the farm, including calf Champagne's new friends, who we were lucky enough to help name. Find out more here.

Virtual Easter Egg Hunt

The Lions Club of Rutland will be hosting their annual Virtual Easter Egg Hunt again this week and weekend.

This year, the event will take place for three days, between 3 and 5 April from 10am until 4pm at Rutland County Library, Catmos Street, Oakham, LE15 6HW
