Quiz Night at The Fox & Hounds

The Fox and Hounds will be serving their £12 Thursday special on Thursday 11 April 2024.

This week's dish will be the ever-popular lasagne with salad and garlic bread. Pre booking is recommended for this and the quiz.

Quiz Night and Fishy Fridays at The Plough

The Plough in Greetham will be hosting its weekly quiz on Thursday 11 April from 7:30pm. The event costs £1 per person to enter, max 6 person per team.

You can pop in early for a bite to eat - or join the team on Friday instead for their Fishy Friday meal deal.

Rutland Concert Band Playday

Rutland residents have been invited to join The Rutland Concert Band at an upcoming Playday on Saturday 13 April, when you can try your hand at a range of woodwind and brass instruments or have a go in the percussion section at a free music event. 

Open to residents of all ages and abilities, the playday will give locals the chance to learn about the local band and try a variety of instruments - and perhaps even launch a career in music! 

The event will take place from 10am until 3pm at Rutland Showground.

Totally Elton Tribute

Enjoy a great night out at the 'Totally Elton' tribute night on Saturday 13 April, when Cottesmore Village Hall will host the evening of music.

The evening begins at 7:30pm and the bar will be open.
