The Rutland pub hosting local bands and UK touring artists

From Blondie and Elvis to local bands from the country's smallest county, The Plough in Greetham is offering it all at its live music events this summer.
The Plough in Greetham, which recently celebrated five years under the management of Peter Ling and the dedicated team, is getting ready to welcome a star-studded list of artists for its weekend music nights.
The Rutland pub and restaurant is renowned for providing a wide range of weekly events, meal deals and live music at the weekends - but the team have upped the ante with their upcoming lineup of artists set to perform at the lively countryside venue.
Kicking off this fresh new lineup of musical acts will be 'Distinctly Blondie', a tribute duo performing all of Blondie's greatest hits and more on 27 April from 8pm.
Other acts include:
- Elvis the Tribute - 4 May, 8pm
- Garry Smith as Robbie Williams - 11 May, 8pm
- Paul Lake - 18 May, 8pm
- Steve Walters as Michael Bublé - 25 May, 8pm
The team said: "From Local artists to UK touring shows we've really pushed the boat out as we start our spring and summer season of live entertainment
"To kick it all off, Distinctly Blondie are here this Saturday 27 April. Fancy a bit of Blondie? then The Plough is the place to be."
Admission is free and the evening entertainment starts at 8pm.
During the week, the team are still hosting their meal deals every day of the week, and have extended their opening hours as the evenings get lighter.
