The 2024 Rutland Calendar has landed just in time for Christmas.

Produced by Rutland photographer Richard Adams, the calendar showcases the county through the seasons.

Demonstrating how Rutland lives up to its motto of 'Multum in Parvo', which translates from Latin to 'Much in Little', the calendar includes images taken across the county at a range of events across the year, from the Rutland Agricultural Show to the annual Ploughing Match.

This will be the 24th year that Richard has produced the popular calendar, with all funds going to local charities, including the Rutland Historic Churches Preservation Trust.

The Rutland Historic Churches Preservation Trust grant aids repair and maintenance work to the county's churches and chapels.

The Trust was set up in 1954 to provide a financial helping hand to places of worship in the county of Rutland.

Rutland's historic churches attract many visitors to the area and the expectation is that the churches will be there for people to enjoy whenever they like. In fact the cost of keeping churches in good repair for people to enjoy is high, and this is where the Trust can help.

A preview of all the images from the calendar can be found on Youtube, and features snaps taken in Lyddington, Exton, Oakham Castle and other scenic locations across the county:

The calendar costs £6.99 and is available from Walkers Books in Oakham and Stamford and in select post offices and shops across the county.
