Festive Crafts at Rutland Farm Park

Rutland Farm Park is running a festive craft morning for under 5's to make fun hats, crackers, tree decorations and much more.

The activity runs from 10am - 12.30pm on Wednesday 19th December at Rutland Farm Park and costs £9.95 for an adult and child. This includes a hot drink and cake for each participant.

A Christmas Celebration: Festival Carols and Readings

Join Oakham All Saints' Church for an evening of festive carols and readings followed by Christmas drinks on Friday 20th December from 7pm. 

There is a jam-packed schedule of performers, including carols by Holst, Howells and Warlock, modern favourites by Rutter and Chilcott and songs by Rutland Youth Choir. 

Tickets cost £15 or £20 for adults, under 18s go free, with funds going to support Rutland Foodbank. Tickets and additional information is available here.

D'Ukes of Rutland Free Christmas Ukulele Concert

The D'Ukes of Rutland will be returning to Oakham Castle for their annual Christmas concert. This will include a mixture of their favourite songs and some Christmas classics.  This event is free to attend and will take place on 21st December from 1.30pm to 3.00pm.

Thursday Night Dinner at Fox and Hounds

The team at The Fox & Hounds in Knossington be hosting their weekly Thursday night special on 19th December, and this week the team are serving up chilli beef brisket or pulled pork with smoked bacon and scrumpy buttered mash with garlic greens.

For just £12.95, every week they put on a popular meal deal, and you can head down to 6 Somerby Road, Knossington to join the fun.
