Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking Rutlanders' views following the launch of its Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) for 2020-2024.
An IRMP must assess all foreseeable fire and rescue-related risks to communities and put in place arrangements to respond to, and deal with, them.
A police helicopter was called out to assist Leicestershire officers after a group was spotted 'acting suspiciously' in Oakham's Ashwell Road in the early hours of Sunday.
A Leicestershire Police spokesman said: "NPAS (National Police Air Service) were called to assist officers on the ground after some people were seen acting suspiciously in Ashwell Road just after 3am on 1 September.
New safety restrictions are being introduced to limit the size of tow trailers permitted on site at Cottesmore Recycling Centre.
From 1 October 2019, only those vehicles with trailers under two metres or 6.5 feet in length (not including trailer towing iron) will be allowed access to the Burley Road site.
