BU Leisure is recruiting for a Chef de Partie for one of the most delightful country inns in the UK with an outstanding reputation for its food and fine dining but also its work life balance for chefs offering a 4 day working week.

This is also a huge opportunity for the right Chef de Partie to be a part of a location achieving its 3rd Rosette and working alongside a very reputable Head Chef that has not only built his reputation through his food but also the way he manages his team and enforcing a healthy work life balance. This is not a CDP role where you are run into the ground by large events and banquets but a role that puts you in a delightful location operating at around 60 covers per service.

This is genuinely a great chance for a Chef de Partie to fast track their career as both the location and senior chefs look to train, develop and progress their staff as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities - - Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
