The Assistant Catering Manager reports to the Catering Manager and is responsible for assisting the Catering Manager in overseeing all aspects of catering services for Rutland Sailing Club.

This includes regular chef duties, planning, coordination, execution, and post-event evaluations.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
