Healthwatch Rutland are currently undertaking a Dementia Listening Project in and around Rutland, and you are invited to feedback and support the project by completing an online survey.

Healthwatch Rutland are the 'people's champion for NHS health and social care'. They listen to people's views and pass them on to commissioners and providers so that change can happen.

They provide an opportunity for local people to have a powerful voice on the health and social care services they use, and help people get the best out of their local health and social care services, whether that means improving them today or helping to shape them for tomorrow.

Their current project takes a focus on dementia care in and around the area, investigating the experience of both dementia patients and their carers.

Amy at Healthwatch Rutland said: "We want to hear people's experiences of living with dementia and that of their families and carers. This feedback will input into the development of the Rutland Dementia Strategy which will hopefully lead to improvements for Rutland people."
