Citizens Advice Rutland is hiring a new Administrator to join the team in their Oakham office

Citizens Advice Rutland, an incredible local charity that provides free advice to meet the needs of the community, including offering support and advice about benefits, debt, housing and employment. 

They are currently hiring a new 'highly organised and proactive Administrator,' to work 15 hours a week to support the smooth running of their busy office. 

This role involves helping to manage day-to-day communications and ensure their office systems, records and documents are accurate and up to date. 

This will involve providing administrative support to the CEO and the wider team, as well as helping to coordinate meetings and events. 

According to the job advert: 'strong IT skills, excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential. Experience in a charity setting or knowledge of governance requirements is an advantage.' 

The deadline to apply for this vacancy is Friday 12 December.
