Oakham-based clothing retailer Lands' End is seeking 150 staff to help it cope with its busiest time of the year.

The company, which has an outlet in Lands End Way, wants the temporary staff to work during its peak period from October right through to the end of January.

Sarah Bowes, Employee Services Manager - Europe , told Nub News: "We need 150 people to work in our Contact Centre and Distribution Centre.

"Remote working capability means we can accept applications from people all over the country for the Contact Centre. For the Distribution Centre we need local people to work on site in Oakham.

"In the Distribution Centre we have various positions such as Picking, Packing, Returns Processing – there really is something for everyone.

"The Distribution Centre is open 4am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday - we try to be flexible with hours – tell us your availability and we will try and work with it."

Sarah continued: "Lands' End really is a great place to work with great benefits including Catmose gym membership, free parking and a fantastic, subsidised onsite restaurant.

"A fully Covid-secure workplace, we have remained open and operational throughout the pandemic, so you can join us with confidence!"

She added: "We would like to thank our existing colleagues for their help so far this year to recruit their friends and family! Our refer a friend scheme is still open and there are great rewards for every referral."
