The Mighty Oaks face Market Bosworth at home this weekend, Saturday 4 March 2023.

Oakham RFC, based at Rutland Showground, will be facing Market Bosworth at home this weekend in what looks set to be a challenging but enjoyable game.

This comes after Oakham Rugby Football Club (ORFC) suffered a narrow loss of 19 - 15 away at Stamford on Saturday 25 February.

However, the club have clearly improved under the guidance of new coach, Tim Andrews, who began at Oakham at the start of the season.

As the league table stands, Oakham are at number 9, while Market Bosworth sit at 3. It may well be a tough game, a few familiar faces are returning following injury, but absence and dwindling numbers meaning that player numbers are down.
