THE LITTLE MERMAID WILL BECOME A "PART OF YOUR WORLD"!

Stamford Pantomime Players are pleased to bring 'Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID JR' to the stage this summer.

This classic Disney title contains all of the songs from the Academy Award® winning animated feature film as well as three new songs from the Broadway show. THE LITTLE MERMAID JR. takes place in a magical kingdom beneath the sea, where a beautiful young mermaid named Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father, the King of the Sea, escape the clutches of an evil sea witch and convince a prince that she's the girl with the perfect voice.

SPP have been very lucky over the last couple of years, performing a record-breaking year of ticket sales with their pantomime, Cinderella in 2022 and a very successful Summer Show of 'High School Musical Jr' in 2023, both being nominated for a NODA award. Plus, they brought an amazing pantomime of Aladdin at Christmas with a flying carpet!

We hope you will all come and watch this show as it is for our younger cast members aged between 8 to 18 years. It gives them the chance to learn how to perform on a live stage and enables them to enhance their ability in preparation for potential principal roles in our Christmas productions.
