Ovation Wine Bar will be hosting an Italian wine tasting, given by Ben Robson of Bat and Bottle Independent Wine Merchants, followed by live music.

We will be exploring just a few of the hundreds of grape types found in Italy, sharing the joy of this fantastic wine and food producing country.

Co-founder of Bat and Bottle (on Oakham Enterprise Park), Ben is one of the UKs leading experts on Italian Wine; he was the first ever winner of The London WIne Fair "Online Specialist WIne Buyer" award (2020) and Bat and Bottle has been awarded winner/runner up for the last two years in both Decanter's "Best Italian Wine Merchant" and "UKs Best Subscription WIne Club" awards. Once again, Rutland's own prove small and mighty!
