A friendly, rewarding and inclusive matwork Pilates class for all abilities.
This group class will engage in a low impact series of full body movements, which focus on breathing, concentration, control, precision, centre and flow, with a strong emphasis on technique.
Become stronger, increase your flexibility, tone your muscles, improve your posture, reduce stress, and enjoy a better sense of well-being.
Your instructor will be able to adapt the exercises accordingly, based on your own individual ability and needs.
Please ensure to arrive wearing comfortable and suitable clothing for physical exercise, all necessary equipment will be provided.
If prefered, you are more than welcome to bring your own mat and/or equipment with you.
Also, please ensure to bring a water bottle or drink with you on the day.
If this is your first session, please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled start time, as you will be required to complete some necessary paperwork beforehand.
Finally, please note all sessions are non-refundable and only transferable if 24hrs notice is given.
