Salary will be up to £18 per hour.

Sports Facilities Centre Manager

Oakham School is currently looking for a Sports Facilities Centre Manager to work full time.

Salary will be £30,000 - £36,000 a year.

You will:

  • Liaise with the Commercial and Sports Facilities Manager and the Director of Sport
  • Handle rota and staffing
  • Be organised and reliable
  • Ensure the smooth day to day operation of the sports facilities
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the day to day operation of Oakham School Enterprises Limited (OSEL) bookings

Salary will be £33,024 - £40,221 plus £3,000 market supplement, working 37 hours per week.

  • Be skilled in the management of risk and assessment of children's needs
  • Have great communication skills, able to explain complicated information simply
  • Possess knowledge of the issues that affect parenting capacity and the impact of deprivation on child development
  • Have experience of Signs of Safety methodology
