The customer service telephone line at Rutland County Council will be temporarily diverted on the mornings of Wednesday the 16th and 23rd November 2022 due to staff training.

The Customer Services Team will be unable to take calls until 2pm on both days, when the phone lines reopen and messages are picked up.

Calls will be diverted to an option service for Planning, Adult Duty, Children's Duty, and Housing or customers can leave a message, which will be picked up by the team in the afternoon.

Residents can continue to access Rutland County Council services online or by accessing the Council's MyAccount service, where they can submit queries and track the progress of any online requests. For any further enquiries customers can also email [email protected] or call back after 2pm.

Rutland County Council apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank customers for their patience and understanding whilst their staff receive relevant training to assist them in their role.
