Grayson Lewis opened in January 2023, and moved into the former home of The Brew & Roast Co, 4 Knights Yard in the June, where the team have settled into their modern but cosy offices.

They have since been providing a wide range of financial services, including helping local people minimise tax, maximise wealth, protect against their unknown future.

The business is run by husband and wife duo, Nick and Kirsty Henbrey, who manage a multi-talented team which they "value immensely".

Born and raised in Oakham, Nick travelled all over the world while in the Royal Navy serving on submarines. After completing his training, he found himself permanently based in Scotland. Here is where the former Oakham School pupil met his wife, Kirsty, who was a Police officer at the time.

Unable to resist the call of Rutland, the pair relocated to Oakham, where they have become a part of the thriving business community along Gaol Street.

Having been welcomed back so warmly, Nick and the team want to give back to the community and are ready to work for you and your finances.

Nick said: "Clarity is everything when planning for your future. Making the best choices for you and your family can be confusing. However, with the right financial planning, you can take control and achieve levels of security that give you freedom to enjoy life.

"To achieve this clarity, I think it is important that people really understand what we do and what we can offer. Nick said: "It is important to give back to the local community, and we are part of a network of local businesses who believe in that.

"Thankfully, this is something we get to benefit from, and have enjoyed Lily & Honey and Ovation a bit too much – who I would be remiss not to give a shout out to. It's a very convenient having an artisan bakery and wine bar on our doorstep," he added, laughing.
