How many 5k laps can you run in 6 hours?

Visitors to Rockingham Castle will immediately understand why William the Conqueror ordered a castle to be built here. With its magnificent views across the Welland Valley this stronghold was crucial in helping William subdue his new kingdom.

This is why we think it makes a fabulous venue for runners to conquer the castle and run as many 5k laps of the castle as you can within 6 hours, either solo or part of a team.

If you are running as a pair or member of a team (of 3 or 4), you take it in turn to run laps. The laps of the race are all within the grounds of Rockingham Castle Suitable for all abilities, you can run, walk or jog your way round, its a challenge for you or your team.

As you run your laps make sure to take in the stunning surroundings of the castle.

There will be a treat after every lap, Medal, Chip Timed Entries.
