Nordic Walking Taster

UNTIL Saturday 23rd October
Nordic Walking is such a great way to have fun stay fit. It's a safe, social and very effective way to achieve your fitness goals and our sessions welcome a range of participants, old and young, from across the community. Nordic walkers use poles for an effective low-impact, full-body work out, appealing to those of all experience levels and with differing fitness backgrounds.
Supporting the Rutland Walking & Cycling week, I'm running TWO FREE TASTER SESSIONS. Poles are provided - you just come dressed for the weather!
