Oakham Grange are looking for a new member to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. Care Assistants should expect to earn £10.00 per hour, £21,840 p/a for full-time employees, and there are both 12 and 6 hour shifts available, days and nights. Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa are seeking a friendly new candidate to join their reception team on a full-time, permanent basis. Annual salary will be £21,500 per annum, with 28 days holiday and perks. Your role will include:

Attending to visitors

Dealing with all inquiries on the phone and face to face.

Supplying information regarding the resort to the general public, clients and customers

Controlling advance bookings and reservations

Allocating rooms to bookings

Answering telephone, screen and direct calls

Receiving and direct emails to relevant departments

Taking and relay messages

Giving customers up to date and accurate information related to local and national tourism.

Directing persons to correct destination

Acting as the first point of contact for any information regarding the hotel and surrounding areas. If you cannot answer a question for a guest you must endeavour to find out.

Compiling guests bills on check out

Receiving and accounting for payment for accommodation
