An Oakham practice is helping Rutland residents grow, protect and manage their finances.

A forward-thinking practice for aspirational individuals, families and business owners, Grayson Lewis Financial Planning "supports people who take a proactive approach to financial planning and are looking for more than just investment growth."

Having been located at 4 Knights Yard since June, Grayson Lewis officially launched in January 2023, and has been providing a wide range of financial services, including helping local people minimise tax, maximise wealth, protect against their unknown future.

The business is run by husband and wife duo, Nick and Kirsty Henbrey, who manage a multi-talented team which they "value immensely".

The pair have recently welcomed a new member to their thriving team: Will, a Financial Planner with passion and a love for the local community.

Nick said: "At Grayson Lewis, we pride ourselves on assembling a team of individuals who are not only talented professionals but also passionate about making a difference in the industry. Will embodies these qualities perfectly, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome him on board."

As well as welcoming local staff, the Grayson Lewis team like to get in touch with other local businesses - and have been getting to know their Gaol Street neighbours at Lily & Honey and Ovation, where they enjoy tasty treats and more.

Being involved members of the local business world, Nick and the team want to give back to the community and are ready to work for you and your finances.

Nick said: "Clarity is everything when planning for your future. Making the best choices for you and your family can be confusing. However, with the right financial planning, you can take control and achieve levels of security that give you freedom to enjoy life.

"To achieve this clarity, I think it is important that people really understand what we do and what we can offer. Financial planning offers a long-term and well-rounded approach to dealing with your finances. Unlike financial advice, which concerns what to do with a specific query for example, financial planning allows us to really get to know our clients. We get to understand more about their families, their circumstances, career plans and long-term goals, so that we can position their finances looking to the future."
