Save the date to step out in 1940s style on 8 June, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings. 

Dance to music from the era, provided by the amazing Rutland Big Band and the sensational vintage vocals trio, The Swingettes.

The Swingettes will be performing 1940's tunes and more. Putting the 'zing in swing', this vintage vocal harmony group and live band perform songs from their nostalgic 1940's theme show. With stunning vintage costumes, red lipstick and victory rolls to match, our girls are always looking and sounding tip top!

In the meantime, check out local charity shops and online for vintage-style outfits, dig out your grandad's Glenn Miller albums to get in the mood and get ready to dance, sing and swing at the Victoria Hall, High Street, Oakham on 8 June from 7pm.
